So Madison isn't exactly into the idea of me ignoring her so that I can read for my upcoming exam. She would rather play with Mommy's iPhone camera. Say cheeeeeeeze!

Happy Birthday Daddy!!!

Exactly one year ago, today, we found out that we were going to be parents. Time is just flying by. Happy 32nd Birthday Daddy! I couldn't ask for a better husband and father. Thank you!

Play Time!

Madison is growing so fast! I put her in the "exersaucer" today. I figured she would just sit still and get frustrated quick, nope, I was wrong. She was turning around and around, touching everything and smiling the whole time. Little miss independant!!!

5 Generations ago...

January 22nd: Madison meets her Great Great Grandmother, AKA " G G Ma." Grandma Alice is 93 years old and still going strong. Though she has lost her eye sight, she fell in love. Grandma held Madison close and shared lots of hugs and kisses. It's so amazing to see my Great Grandmother holding my daughter.

Back to School

January 10th: Mommy's first day back to school. I've left Madison with my mom before, however today was different. The feeling of having to leave her on a regular basis just killed me. After leaving in the morning, I cried all the way to class. Daddy handled the morning like a champ and little Madison was off to Meema's house. While I was sitting in class, Madison and Meema busted out the camera! I love this little girl so much!!!

Daddy's brother Kamron came home from medical school to meet his beautiful niece. Madison loves her unlce Kamron, another Torbati wrapped around her cute little finger. : )

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all our friends and family! This has been an eventful and blessed year. Mommy started Nursing school, Daddy was promoted to Managing Dentist and most exciting of all, Madison June was welcomed into the world! We look forward to many years together with our beautiful daughter and all the adventures that lie ahead.

We kicked off this Christmas with a quiet Christmas Eve dinner at our house with Ali's parents. Mommy cooked a whole feast.

December 19th, after changing Madison's diaper, she laughed for the first time. Daddy was home to hear it too! I love this new sound...

First Basketball Game

December 17th: Madi and Mommy went to support our cousin Mikey at his basketball game. It was a little chilly outside, but we bundled up and supported his 6th grade team to victory!!!
